Flow
Flow (traditionally called vinyasa yoga) is a class in which you will move from pose to pose with your breath. This energizing practice can generate some heat in the body and burn some calories as you stretch and tone.
Gentle
This class is great for total beginners and those who may not be able to get up and down off the floor easily, have specific or chronic health issues.
The focus is on flexibility, range of motion, and opening, balancing the body to maintain and increase mobility and reduce stress. A very feel good class!
Lots of modifications including those with blocks, straps and blankets will be offered to enable students to achieve the maximum benefits of the poses.
Gentle / Restorative
Combo of 1/2 Gentle & 1/2 Restorative
Stretch & Tone
Here you will get some good stretching, a little flow and focus on toning one area of the body in each class. Just the energizing practice to help you thru the rest of your hump day!
Restorative
This class is aimed at totally letting go and opening up the body by relaxing over and being supported with bolsters, blankets, blocks, sandbags etc. The poses are held for 3-10 minutes. If you like the final resting pose in a regular yoga class, this class is for you!
Warm Flow
The warmth of the room 85°-95° in this class enables deeper stretching of the muscles and fascia in this Vinyasa (moving from pose to pose with the breath) style class.
You may sweat a little, but it feels wonderful to go deeper and most likely you will sleep like a baby! Bring a towel!
Yin Yoga
In Yin yoga we are targeting the connective tissue and fascia in the body to strengthen the joints of the body. The poses are held for 2-3 minutes for deep stretching in mostly on the floor poses. You wil leave this class feeling loosened up feeling good!
YOGA 101 Starting Soon

1) Seated 2) Lying Down

Variations and modifications wil be taught so that you learn the appropriate pose for your body at this time and what you might be capable in the future.
